The moratorium facility has been extended till August 31, 2020, for all borrowers who have opted for moratorium till May 31, 2020.
In case you do not want the extended moratorium, kindly get in touch with our CRM team immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org or opt out through our website.
Further, borrowers who wish to avail moratorium benefit against loan/s, have to apply for moratorium scheme through digital/physical mode, such as sharing scanned written applications on whatsapp numbers, for Delhi(NCR) and Rajasthan: 9654649728, for Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh & Telengana: 9884040240, for Maharashtra: 7045655468 & for Gujarat & Madhya Pradesh: 9898517263 or any other number specified to borrower by their respective branch or alternatively by sending mail to customer service ID at email@example.com or by applying for moratorium to us through our website.
Meanwhile we request you to please clear all your previous pending EMIs if any and bring your account to nil overdues as on 01.03.20.
In the event of any continuing overdues, same shall be reported as default to all CICs as per the current regulatory norms.
