Mr. Pankaj Rathi is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary, holding All India Ranks in both disciplines, with over 15 years of experience in Banking and Financial Services. His expertise spans financial reporting, capital raising across equity and debt, mergers and acquisitions, balance sheet and treasury management, regulatory compliance, business strategy, and taxation.

Prior to joining RHDFCL, Mr. Rathi served as Chief Financial Officer at Grihum Housing Finance Limited, where he led the finance function through significant ownership transitions. He successfully raised diversified funding across debt instruments, spearheaded credit rating uplift strategy, and drove digitisation of finance and compliance platforms, resulting in improved operational efficiency.

His professional experience includes roles at Xander Finance, JM Financial Products, Karvy Capital, EY, and PwC, where he developed deep capabilities in financial reporting, audits, regulatory compliance, and strategic advisory within the BFSI sector.

As Whole-time Director and CFO of RHDFCL, Mr. Rathi oversees financial and operational performance aligned with strategic priorities. His mandate includes strengthening the financial architecture underpinning growth, building a diversified and cost-efficient funding base, maintaining capital adequacy and balance sheet discipline, and ensuring robust compliance with RBI and NHB frameworks. He plays a key role in enabling sustainable scale while reinforcing financial resilience and governance standards.

Mr. Rathi has been awarded Leading CFO of the Year, BFSI (FY24) by the Confederation of Indian Industry and recognised among 40 Under 40 Business Leaders (2025) by ICAI.

Mr. Pavan K. Gupta is a seasoned housing finance professional with over three decades of experience in building, scaling, and transforming mortgage and affordable housing finance businesses across India. A strategic business leader, he brings deep expertise in business transformation, capital raising, balance sheet management, risk governance, technology-led operational excellence, and organisational development.

Prior to joining RHDFCL, Mr. Gupta served as Chief Executive Officer of Muthoot Housing Finance Company Limited for nearly nine years, where he led comprehensive business transformation, significantly strengthening profitability and asset quality. He successfully diversified funding profiles, secured successive credit rating upgrades, expanded the branch network substantially, and drove digitisation of lending, underwriting, and collections through technology-enabled initiatives.

His earlier career includes senior leadership positions at DHFL, Deutsche Postbank Home Finance, Birla Home Finance, Srei Infrastructure Finance, and SBI Home Finance, where he led regional expansion, managed large mortgage portfolios, strengthened portfolio quality, and drove profitable growth across diverse markets.

As MD & CEO of RHDFCL, Mr. Gupta provides strategic leadership to expand the affordable housing finance franchise, strengthen risk management and governance, enhance operational efficiency through technology, and maintain disciplined capital management. He is focused on building a resilient, customer-centric institution that expands access to affordable home ownership while delivering sustainable growth.

Mr. Gupta holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) qualification from ICFAI and has received multiple industry recognitions, including being named among India's Top 60 CEOs and most admired BFSI leaders.
