Such individuals/ entities usually demand cash or fund transfer to an individual bank account or purchase of a new insurance policy for processing the loan application. These individuals/ entities may fraudulently and illegally misuse the corporate name and/ or brand name of Religare Housing Development Finance Corporation Limited (“RHDFCL“) including its parent company, Religare Finvest Limited (“RFL“) to lure the General Public and are harming our reputation and exploiting the General Public. By way of this notice, we intend to caution the General Public against such elements. The General Public is advised and cautioned not to rely or act on any such fraudulent offers or sanctions purportedly made in the name of “RHDFCL” without verifying the authenticity of the contents with RHDFCL. We request you to deal with “RHDFCL” directly through its existing branch offices only, the addresses for which are available on our website www.religarehomeloans.com. Please note that if you intend to apply for a loan from RHDFCL, the application fees and/ or processing fees must only be paid by Account Payee Cheque or Demand Draft payable to 'Religare Housing Development Finance Corporation Limited' only. Please note that any person who deals with such unscrupulous individuals/ entities, shall be doing so, at its own risk and RHDFCL/RFL will not be liable or responsible for any kind of loss incurred or damage suffered or any consequences arising thereof. SERVICES

1. While availing the Services, RHDFCL will not be responsible or assume any liability, whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to You due to:

a) Lack of authorization for any transaction/s, or

b) Exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed by You and between "Bank/s", or

c) Any payment issues arising out of the transaction, or

d) Decline of transaction for any other reason/s

2. Any refund or cancellation of the transactions done using the Services will be subject to the Cancellation and Refund Policy of RHDFCL which will be made available to you on demand.

3. RHDFCL's arrangement with Issuing Banks.

All payment instructions are processed using a payment gateway or appropriate payment system infrastructure and the same will also be governed by the terms and conditions agreed to between RHDFCL and such payment gateway and between the payment gateway and the respective Issuing Bank.

CHARGES

A minimal transaction charge will be applicable for using the Services on the RHDFCL Website. RHDFCL reserves the right to change and apply such additional charges from time to time as it may decide in its sole discretion, in consideration for the Services provided herein to the User. In case the User does not consent to pay the service charges then, the User has the option to not use the RHDFCL Website for availing the Services.

USER INFORMATION

1. You agree that any material, information, and ideas that you transmit to this Website shall be and remain the property of RHDFCL/www.religarehomeloans.com.

2. Applicable Law

All submissions of this nature are unauthorized and RHDFCL shall use its best efforts to remove any such submission, as soon as it is notified of the same, or comes to know of the same.

We agree that RHDFCL reserves the right in its sole discretion to reject/ not process the payment made and refund the payment received from a third party. I/ We hereby declare that the amount being paid is through legitimate sources only and does not involve and is not designed for the purpose of any contravention or evasion of any Act, Rules, Regulations, Notifications or Directions issued by any statutory/ regulatory authority in India. I/ We undertake to assume personal liability for any claim, loss and/or damage of whatsoever nature that RHDFCL may suffer as a result of accepting payment from the third party.

Definition

1. Any payment collected from person / entity other than Applicant / Co Applicant / Guarantor /Security Provider/Spouse/ Blood Relative via any of the payment modes (Cash/DD/Cheque /Electronic Payment) is called Third Party Payment. Blood relatives is defined in the below table (Ensure to collection declaration clearly mentioning the relationship).
